that once captivated my attention.

Yet recently the space you once held

is now filled by meaningless drivel,

doom scrolling,

and AI baby videos.

You deserve more than that.

So this moment is an intentional reset.

A reclamation of the quiet practice of just paying attention.

Noticing the beauty around me,

in every brief and fleeting moment.

Not just because you deserve it.

But because my soul needs it.
